2. Requirements, usage, support
Basic requirements for Smart Gate Solution is a warehouse concrete no-dust floor square area not less than 3 m side length with electricity and wired internet. Wireless internet connection(WiFi) is not recommended.
Actually, we promise to onboard warehouse workers within 2 hours after the device is fully set-up, data flow integrations are accomplished and a few tests are done to double check if everything works fine. By default we provide data by “push-integration” method when ACI provides data after each scan procedure. To put it shortly, ACI delivers new data to WMS within seconds. This default way simplifies integration to minimal actions from client IT teams and ensures no sensitive data is being pulled from WMS.

ACI infrastructure consists of development workspace, server infrastructure, hardware and software in use. Our team has put data security on a high-priority level from the very beginning of creating ACI products and necessary IT infrastructure. We comply with ISO27001 and SOC2 requirements and are ready to share relevant information with data security professionals.
All we receive from cameras are pictures of the cargoes. Depending on what models applied to the specific stand, the AI models generate a list of parameters for each cargo and send the processed data directly to a client’s ERP/WMS or simply as a PDF by email. ACI does not keep processed data after it comes through the pipeline and all the data for machine learning is gathered and conceived by AI. ACI does not store any client data after machine learning iteration. AI-powered Quality Assurance has no data storage capacities, we only use cloud servers for data inference and established channels for data sending forth and back.
