2. Requirements, usage, support
Basic requirements for Automatic Cargo inspection is a warehouse concrete no-dust floor square area not less than 3 m side length with electricity and wired internet. Wireless internet connection(WiFi) is not recommended.
Depending on the warehouse specifics, business process priorities and cargo flow, an ACI device covers around 2500-4000 sq. m. of warehouse area and could be used at 4-7 entrance gates with no hassle. A regular cargo flow for a mentioned area could sustain 200-500 pallets per day. We intentionally do not mention a number of warehouse employees here as ACI does not require any employee support during the usage. It works like a designated zone where loaders drive in and out, making fast and smart cargo inspections on the way to other warehouse areas.

Actually, we promise to onboard warehouse workers within 2 hours after the device is fully set-up, data flow integrations are accomplished and a few tests are done to double check if everything works fine. 3. Integrations, data, safety
Automatic Cargo Inspection data can be integrated to any warehouse management system which is capable of receiving data through API. By default we provide data by “pull-integration” method when ACI provides API key and transfers data packages upon request. Before the integration is done, we present the list of data we collect and share an API key for pull-type integration to a . To put it simple, ACI shares the data upon request from a previously authorized system.
We are ready to consider requests for push-type integrations if some WMS or ERP is not properly supported or a software vendor is a months-away busy from making an integration. Moreover, we've got a default option to send ACI reports with full information to email. This setting is easily done at customer accounts.
All we receive from cameras are pictures of the cargoes. Depending on what models applied to the specific stand, the AI models create a list of parameters for each cargo and send the processed data package back to a client’s ERP/WMS or simply as a PDF by email. ACI does not keep processed data after it comes through the pipeline and all the data for machine learning is gathered and conceived by AI. To put it more simple, ACI does not store any client data after machine learning iteration. Automatic Cargo Inspection has no data storage capacities, we only use cloud servers for data inference and established channels for data sending forth and back.
4. Pricing, delivery, installation

Automatic Cargo Inspection period of production, delivery and installation is up to 2 months after the order is confirmed and advance payment is fixed. An installation period takes around 1 week overall. First comes hardware with all necessary elements (construction, fixing, wires, cameras and computing untis), then goes software integration and testing, then we double-check accuracy and precision. The last stage is warehouse staff onboarding that takes no more than 2-3 hours.
